The men charged with presenting the Premiership Cup to the winning coach and captain after the 2018 Grand Final have been announced.

Tony Shaw will hand the Cup to Nathan Buckley and Scott Pendlebury should Collingwood win, while Dean Kemp will present it to Adam Simpson and Shannon Hurn if West Coast triumphs.

West Coast great Dean Kemp says the effects of multiple concussions led him to temporarily forgot his own family's names.

"I had a bit of a worry with the memory side of things," Kemp said.

"For a couple of hours I couldn't remember people's names - family names, or anything. It was a frightening time but we got through that with doctors and got back on track."

Others inducted include Glen Jakovich, Dean Kemp, Chris Lewis, Peter Matera, Guy McKenna and former head trainer Bill Sutherland.
