Jacob Koschitzke and Jacob Blight are delisted by Richmond.

"We thank both players for their hard work and application during their time at the club," Tigers executive general manager of football talent Blair Hartley said.

"Jacob (Koschitzke) to his credit certainly put his best foot forward at VFL level this year and played a number of roles with minimum fuss.

"Jacob (Blight) moved across the country to play with the club midway through last year and we thank him for his commitment during his 18 months with us."

Jacob Koschitzke is traded to the Tigers, who have sent pick No.49 to Hawthorn in exchange for the key forward.

"We are pleased to add Jacob to our key position stocks for the upcoming season. He has a strong aerial presence and has shown an ability to perform well at AFL level," Richmond general manager of football Blair Hartley said.

"Jacob has only scratched the surface of what he could develop into as a player, and at only 23, we are very excited he has decided to join our club."

Jacob Koschitzke requests a trade from Hawthorn for 2024 despite having been offered a new contract by the Hawks.

Koschitzke played the last four games of the season under coach Sam Mitchell but only managed 12 senior games in 2023.
