Kurt Mutimer signs a two-year contract extension to remain at West Coast until the end of 2019.

“As soon as I got here I've loved it from the minute it all started," Murtimer said.

"It's been a whirlwind over the last year and a half, but I'm loving playing my footy here, so to add at least another two years on the list … I couldn't be happier."

Saturday, 29 April 2017
Kurt Mutimer makes his AFL debut for West Coast with 7 disposals (4 kicks and 3 handballs), 3 marks and 4 tackles in a 41-point win over Fremantle.
Thursday, 4 February 2016
West Coast draftee Kurt Mutimer is set to miss the start of the season after undergoing hamstring surgery to fix a damaged tendon.

"Kurt had a small split in the tendon of his left hamstring and we thought it was in the best long-term interests to undergo surgery," Eagles football manager Craig Vozzo said.

"He first damaged the hamstring at the AFL draft camp and after aggravating it a couple of times in pre-season we viewed surgery as the best option.

"There was an option to rest for a number of weeks, but there was no guarantee it would solve the problem.

"We see Kurt as a long-term player with the club and although he is keen to play as soon as possible, we will continue to manage his recovery and will not rush him back. He is likely to resume training in about 10 weeks."

Wednesday, 25 November 2015
West Coast select Kurt Mutimer with pick No.57 in the 2015 NAB AFL Draft.

"Can play wing, inside mid; with his speed and kick he has the potential to play other roles as well, possibly half back. We're really pleased to get Kurt there," Eagles recruiting manager Rohan O'Brien said.
