North Melbourne delist four players ahead of the 2024 season including Jacob Edwards, Lachie Young, Flynn Perez and Phoenix Spicer.

Brisbane ruckman Stefan Martin is officially a Western Bulldog and Dogs defender Lachie Young has landed at North Melbourne as part of a three-way trade. As part of the transaction, the Lions traded out their pick No.70 and received the Roos' No.63 selection.

"We wanted to bring in an experienced ruckman this off-season to bolster our squad and Stef certainly fits that description," Bulldogs list boss Sam Power said about Martin.

"Lachie is an athletic rebounding defender who intercepts the ball well and has a really nice kick. He fits our direction in terms of where we want to take the list and fills a need in our backline," North list manager Glenn Luff said about Young.

Lachie Young is set to join North Melbourne after knocking back a contract offer from the Dogs.

North is aiming to prise Young out of the club as a delisted free agent after he was originally tabled a new deal for a third season on their rookie list.

Lachie Young makes his AFL debut for the Western Bulldogs at Docklands Stadium with 12 disposals (7 kicks and 5 handballs), 3 marks and 4 tackles in a 44-point loss to Carlton.
