im sorry but laycock doesn't fit into my best 22 at the moment... good VFL player, will go the same way as Kepler...

Tall and awkward isnt the end of the world, just look at Fletch. He is a pretty ordinary player though, but really, who do we have at the moment to replace him?

fletcher ordinary player yeah right NOT i hope you watched the game against the crows tonight because fletcher saved us from getting another ass kicking and i would have loved laycocks firm hands and great kick for goal in the forward line aswell tonight

Read what I actually wrote, I used Fletcher as an example of how a player can be tall and lanky and still be a great player. The rest of my post was in reference to Laycock, who IS an ordinary player.

laycock is an awesome kick for goal you idiots are you really bomber fans or just dumb pricks with nothing better to do yeah we may be getting beaten badly each week but the future looks so bright with the young kids coming through. show your support instead of just bagging someone all the time ya losers

I like to think that I'm pretty fair, did you actually read my comment? I actually disagreed that the problem was that he was tall and lanky was the problem and said that Fletcher was a great example of such a player. Its not the young players that are the problem, but the ones that have been around for 3-4 years; they're letting us down.

I'm not that arrogant that I can't see where Essendon needs to improve yet, one-eyed support never did anything for a club except give supporters a bad name. Watch a game, compare Laycock's kicking with his competition, it's severely lacking.

Andy Lee? They have to get a go before the end of the year to see who actually deserves a spot next year. Laycock definitely is not one
