Ricky Dyson: Been at Essendon for 3 seasons now, showed some promise in the first two years but has dropped off in the last year. Tends to turn the ball over and lack the footskills to be a good player. Possible trade bait.

Laycock: Great mark, too slow and the worst kick in our side. Not mobile enough, potential trade bait.

Jetta: Been very dissapointing and lacks discipline. Would be better at another club.

Monfries: Been good in patches. Consistency is his massive hurdle. If he can consistently perform this year he will stay.
