Courtney Johns!!! Time to step up!!!!!
It's time for the Big white hope to show bomber fans what he can do. This will surley be his last year as a bomber if he doesn't perform. With Lucas and maybe Loyd missing Courtney should be given a chance.

Courtney Johns produced the insipid i have seen in a bombers gurnesy since Judd Lalich on Anzac day and we have held onto for about five years probably wasted nearly $1 million dollars on him and he's no better then he was three years ago. Sorry big Courtney but your time is up!

While Scott Lucas is injured what better oppotunity for Courtney Johns to show abit. It seemed that Johns was Sheedy's love child and could just go along not needed to hold his own. As glen said. Time to step up.

I think they all need to step up after last weeks performance. Hopefully Daniher, Myers and Atkinson add some spark this weekend and Knighter places the players where they'll perform best.

yeah and be given a chance up foward what was knights thinking putting him down back on pendlebury first he isnt a backman and second of all you dont have him on a running foward. without lucas it is courtneys chance to step up as a foward and kick goals he has had 3 hip replacements and we need to use him when he is healthy if he is good either keep him or trade him or if he is crap trade him to west coast who dont have a foward. but you have to play him to see if he can play

I haven't been tracking his VFL form this season - but if he's beeen switched to defence I suppose he wouldn't have been kicking too many goals..

I do hope they give hime a crack while Lucas is out..

not gonna happen

He's been mostly playing as a backman in the VFL. It's tough to give a player match practice in one part of the field then expect them to step up into AFL seniors level at the other end. If he comes in, we might see Paddy play forward while johns goes back.
