i was at the game, and essendon couldnt of played any better, it was a hell of a great match, despit loosing we show some real potential, good on ya boys

Agreed they had a good effort but if we dont have McVeigh then it lessens our chances to win. He is by far our best player- good in centre and kicks goals when needed. GO BOMBERS! Lloyd needs to step up, he had a shocker

It's no doubt that mcveigh's leadership brought the boys back into the game, but they definately all played extremely well... with the exception of hille... i dunno what his problem was, but i hope hes over it for the thrashing of the saints on friday night! this is going to be a great game. i hope we can get into the eight this year... its going to be a tall ask with such a young side, but it its a talented one at that and it could be possible... i have hope anyways hehe

you're right there...sorry to see though after getting back into the game... unfortunately will struggle this week too without personel....Lucas, Lloyd (probably), McVeigh, Jetta, Lonergan & Dempsey...here's hoping........

i agree we should be proud they tried there best it was sad to see mcveigh go down with a hammy and they should of rubbed akas ugly mug in the ground now that would of been entertaining go bombers
