Neil Craig I actually think is the most brilliant coach in the afl. Sorry but he really is great, in his first season the crows were tipped to be bottom 3 and they came top 4. With such a crap list has managed to get his side to perform well. An example of his genious was Simon Goodwin 1st round to the forward line for 7 goals. Really he isn't that bad.
