Collingwood finished with 42,498 members when the official club membership period closed on June 30, ahead of rivals Essendon (41,947), Hawthorn (41,436) and Carlton (39,360).
The Magpies broke the club and league record for Victorian membership on ANZAC Day when the 41,257th member was signed just prior to the 73-point demolition of Essendon, and used that momentum to remain the biggest and most supported club in Victoria.
