We have re-signed these boys but in 2 years they will all be reaching there peak eg.douglas,knights,mackay,van berlo & reilly that is when we have to re-sign & not lose them like we did stengelin & johnson

yeah crows need to keep these guys we recruited and develop them so we remain a strong team when club legends like mcloud, goody, birdman, bassett, edwards and biglands call it a day.
Premiership awaits if the club can hold on to our prized interstate players and continue to develop the players ans give them game time. with not giving them game time they will seek opportunities elsewhere!

Also recruiting staff have to continuely identify talent and make sound drafting choices for future success at the club. They must make the right decisions....success depends on it, if they dont the club could have many years in the wilderness.
