We played so flat and embarrasing against the Hawks who we shouldve beaten, but for some reason our boys didnt turn up to play real footy, We better play better against the Dockers, if we lose to them I will be so upset and devastated. We should really bounce back and flex some muscle next week if we dont then we are in trouble. We have to shake this form slump straight away or we are falling badly and could be bottom 4 instead of top 4. The fact that we didnt turn up to play at a ground where we have a bad record and against a team in which we have great motivation to seek revenge against after last years shocker final, is terrible!!!!

Also to say that Craigy stuffed it up is pathetic, before us he hadnt coached any other AFL club before, give him a break, what he's done for our club and to it is amazing, I can see how selfish you are being to him from just one loss I would hate to know how you'd react if we had Melbournes coach, and we were beaten 2 weeks in a row by 104pts and 95pts! If that was the case with our squad then I wouldnt be happy, but a loss by 3pts to the Bulldogs, who are a serious top 4 contender this year, and then a 76pt victory over the Eagles who most people have in their top 8 selections for the end of the year: Craigy is no negative, he is a real full blooded down to earth coach, every coach makes mistakes during every match and it doesnt matter whether you win by 100pts or lost by 100pts, they'll always wonder about one or 2 things they couldve done differently and won by more or lost by less, or made it more competitive. The truth of the matter is, everyone over here when it comes to coaches for years its been, Sheedy, Malthouse, Pagan Matthew, Worsefold and Roos! But all of sudden people over here are learning the name Neil Craig, now that Pagan and Sheedy are gone, instead of 2 more names on everyones lips its just the one, Craigy! You ask the majority population of Vic who is Mark Thomson, probably 40% would know hes Geelongs coach, yet you ask that same crowd who Neil Craig is, roughly 70% would know he's the Crows coach, when he has something to say he says whats on his mind, and if he has whacked game plan which he has faith in then I'm right behind him all the way even if we lose to Melbourne because of it! Have faith in Neil he is going to be there for us and the team, so lets be there for him!!!

john, im with him but i hope he has learnt by his mistakes over the past 3 years which has cost us spots in the grand final.if you want me to mention them im more then happy too but as a crows supporter im sure you know exactly what they were!! we have to continue playing the attacking footy none of the stop start boring footy. trust our backline to win their spots & run, run, run, attack, attack, attack = WIN WIN WIN.

I was at the game that day. It was the best game I've per been 2. Craigey did his best leave him alone.

Massie is a quality defender, Johncock is a quality defender, Mcleod is magical where ever he plays and even Burton would be better off up back! To say that Bassett and Rutten are our only quality backs is radiculous! When our guys work together no-one will ever stop them! Give it a few years and we'll even have Mackay, Symes and Moran, who are young and talented, theyll evolve reallly well. Which is great for us since that'd give our regulars the opportunity to try new positions since theyll also be getting on in age! And Hart just got too old! The back we have always lacked is Nigel Smart, he was legendary as a floating back, running forward. He was the best, and now we are building back to that great backline it once was!!!

Very Harsh ... It was a well coached game ! Basset kept Johnson quiet for most the night. Rutten (who is great at taking the big forwards) had no choice but to go with Welsh. Just the build of the WB defence. No one has stepped up to fill Ben Harts void yet. So we only have those two quality defenders.
