It's probably a little too early to comment, but I must ask why Freo?? Everyone puts them in the eight every year but they struggle to make the eight why now is it any different?? I think Brisbane and Carlton should be there instead of the Eagles and Freo.

I agree with you Alisha, although after the trade Freo may pick up some unexpected talent so i wouldnt count them out entirely yet, but the Eagles however shouldnt even get a top 8 mention, even if they get Cousins back (which he said is where his heart is) they're has to be some major team moralle and dignity restored. Freo doesnt have the problem West Coast have and look at how much they suck!

Geel, Hawks, Dogs, Rich, Coll, Carl, St/K, Freo.

Hmmmm, thats my prediction!

C'mon Tarrant and Anthony,

What happens during trade week might or might not change the order of the ladder. I accept your ideals about waiting for then conclusion of trade week to finalise your thoughts.

However this current Top 8 by Chad has about as much chance at happening as Robert Harvey playing in a Geelong premiership next year.

Fremantle 3, are you kidding me? They are or already have lost a significant amount of experience and can't see them acquiring jack in the trade. People want to get out of the club not in!

WCE 5, their form this year indicated exactly where they are without Judd and Cousins. They are now rebuilding and could lose one of the best midfielders in the AFL in Kerr. No chance to make the 8.
Collingwood, 8th. Finished 6th this year without 4 of their best players and playing kids. Much more likely to finish Top 4.

Where is Carlton??? Where is Adelaide???

Seriously Chad, if that's your eight I would put some money on it as you would probably get a return of $60,000 for every $1 you bet.

Alright, you caught me. I'm just making an excuse for not bothering to do these predictions right now. I might think about it next February.

In no particular order - Geel, Hawks, Coll, Ade, Swans, Carl, WB, St-K.

Going on my predictions North will drop out and the Blues will have a great year and crape into the eight.

Pies for Premiers of course lol
