This will be taken as sour grapes but thats ok.

St Kilda are no hope, bookies have to give them odds, they have no hope of winning the flag.
Collingwood lost the game last night. St Kilda took the chance Collingwood gave em and did what good teams do, win. Things just didn't go Collingwood's way just like their season.St Kilda only took the game away and dominated play once Collingwood gave it away through poor kicking, at goal and in general play. Some of the kicks in general play weren't because of pressure but errors on Collingwood's behalf. Bad kicking is bad football as they say.
2 out of 3 games this year we had St Kilda's measure, just not when it counted and thats what hurts.

Might be a backhanded compliment but I'II prefer Collingwood's list to St Kilda's list. St Kilda were pretty much full strength where as Collingwood had 6 of their top 10 out. Take Roo, Kozi, Del Santo, Hayes and Goddard out (Ball was already out) and it would have been a cakewalk to the pies. Collingwood played a shocker, St Kilda played like St Kilda, once confidence is up its party time.

St Kilda might have won but in essence all it did was put Collingwood ahead of Sydney, Western Bulldogs and St Kilda in the 2008 draft.

last night our young, not so special, players stood up. raph, gilbert and gwilt.
was a good team effort and they did wat they had to do.

wouldnt right us off just yet. but still the odds arnt exactly in our favour.

In a word, No. The footy gods were smiling on St.Kilda last night. Everything seemed to go right for them. From the bounce of the ball, the collingwood smothers ending up in St.Kilda hands, Reiwoldt kicking straight for once in his life, Collingwood kicking an unbelievable amount of points etc etc.
If they somehow manage to get past Hawthorn, I can't possibly see how they can turn around last weeks result against Geelong, who, unlike Collingwood , wont be coming off 2 interstate trips. Good luck, you're going to need truckloads of it.

Footy is unpredictable and any team left still has a chance you bet them about 6 weeks ago so i cant see why you cant do it again.

you can but depends who you play. if you play the dogs yes you have a chance but if you play the cats it might be hard task but not out of the question.
