Its time for Neil Craig to go
Since Neil Craigs been around, Crows have missed out on 2 Prem Finals, 1 Elim Final, missed out on countless quality draft picks and let go of quality players (ie Hudson, Mattner & Welsh and other many players that never even got a chance to play a game...such as PFeiffer).
The injuries are always horific at AFC compared with other clubs..hes got no creative solutions when things don't work out on match days (especially Finals) and worst still, the skill level has declined miserably under his regime..and all he ever says in his after match press conferences are..we got to get better at our skills...bah ...bah..same old same old..and of course it gets worse the following week. He refuses to play Walker, Dangerfield and many others that deserve a few games this season.

The older players seem to be lacking motivation, and he constantly plays hes favourite players all the time despite them not doing much each week.
We are not going anywhere as a club under him...he needs to go.

Besides hes got such boring and always so super serious manner, which results in the media disregarding the thought of even interviewing him..Hey..whens he ever been on the Footy Show, or Before the Game or Footy Classified? Never. Why- becauses he so boring....

For the Adelaide Crows to ever be a force again - he has to go. I think he gets under the radar because Port are doing so poorly this year..and the The Advertiser is so focused on criticising Port at the moment.

I think Neil Craig has done a pretty good job. I don't particularly rate the crows' list but he has developed them into a really solid team. There is not a great deal of superstar players but they all contribute. I think he needs some better recriutment so they can get someone to replace Mcloud when he retires.
I admit he can be really defensive at times i.e. the game against Hawthorn but I think the crows have performed quite well the last few years. You can't win premiserships every year

From a point of view external to both team and city, I think they should keep him. He's a wise coach.

Unlike Victorians who have 9 other clubs to support if their side doesn't make the finals, us SA's only have 2 teams, and 1 team is pretty dismal at the moment. Its important that the Crows play with pride for SA and provide SA'ns with some hope - especially since its been 10 long years since the last Grand Final win!
