Eagle's No A Grade Team
Another absulute dismal game again by the Eagle's.They are lacking in every aspect of the game... Why even bother watching the game i get more excitment from watching Lawn Bowls... How can an A grade team that had so much fire turn to ice in such a short ammount of time..

oh turn it up Leanne if you think that the Eagles are not suffering from losing 2 STAR players then you are only kidding yourself mate.

How is it that Eagle fans find it so hard to accept that they are missing these 2

It's becoming obvious: they used to get by with their extreme lack of a forward-line because their midfield was dynamite. With the Judd-Cousins-Kerr swinging +4 in Carlton's direction, and only a developing Josh Kennedy (who played reasonably) bolstering the forwardline, they were always going to struggle.

I think you're right, West Coast has had so many tall players over the last 4-5 years who have played forward and back, but none of them have been gun forwards who would seriously worry a coach...

Well, Tamara, you seem to have your priorities mixed up, as a Dockers supporter, first and foremost, you should be worried about their performances, not ours. Secondly, if you don't like it, don't watch it. The Eagles have lost one key ingredient, and its not a player called Judd, nor Cousins, its called confidence. How else can you attribute for players, who last season or 2 seasons ago, were quite capable of handballing and hitting targets, when that is now impossible?? Its cliche to say, but its all in the head!! I was at the game, I'm a member, and it was not pretty in the 2nd quarter, I was almost out the door, down at the pub already, but at least they put up a fight in the 3rd quarter and gave me something to cheer about. Full credit to Carlton though, we were too focussed on Judd, so their lesser lights were able to dominant.
