My money is on Mick to be the first this year. After the palava at the end of the brissie game with the ridiculous free kicks bang in front, I'm surprised he didn't cark it then. Who's your tip and why?

I'd rather listen to Malthouse than Lyon. Malthouse occasionally has something useful to accompany his whinging.

I respect Mick Malthouse as a coach. I reckon he's probably in the top 4 or 5 active head coaches at the moment.

But the guy is a serial whinger. I just start to cringe everytime I see yet another headline where Malthouse is complaining about something he's unhappy with YET AGAIN!

Yeah, I don't think he's quite as good as people think. I think a good coach needs to remain calm and in control and I think Leigh Matthews is by far the best coach for this reason. He's also a really astute thinker about the game and is probably the most experienced former player as well...

Worsfold and Roos are also pretty cool heads.
