Negativity towards the Blues
You need not worry my fellow blues fans, all the negativity that comes our way is derived from fear and envy because Carlton is on its way to becoming the power it once was.
Carlton is the sleeping giant of the AFL and everyone knows it.

No Iam an early bird I work for a living unlike yourself, I like my football and like to watch it if theres some talent being shown, so I dont watch Carlton play. Well done, how did you manage to pronounce YABBA DABBA DOO???
John from Ballarat (Crows supporter), 3 Apr 2008 22:06 hide comment
Teams that can play not garbage, who just cant get good players apart from tanking games and getting priority picks theyre both wastes of space. And there supporters

YABBA DABBA DOO, you know who says that a dog, can you relate?
Probably not, you're probably a Ballarat Cat that comes out at night to play, go live in the city of churches and pray to your god you tool.
John from Ballarat (Crows supporter), 3 Apr 2008 22:01 hide comment
Carlton are ****, the only thing they are good at is playing crap and making their opponents do the same but they still lose, theyre a disgrace of a footy side who should be dropped from the league altogether, if it wasnt for Judd who was gonna be your captain? Fevola! OMG what a ******t, he is the most biggest disrespectfull player ever to grace the AFL, friggen wanker. I would love to see the Blues disgarded forever with the Demons and never to seen again. We want

Are Carlton getting any better? Dont think they will finish last with Melbourne playing as bad as they are. Surely they can win 4 or 5 games this year.

Im going to tip Carlton to beat Essendon this week, whenever they r playing sh1t which is generally they always get up for big games against Essendon and Collingwood.
Fev will kick a bag and then the following week will become another Nathan Brown statistic!!! lol

i dont know what game y went to last night but we kick the first 4 goals. we suffer when our second tear midfielders come on cos there not at that level yet. it happens every game towards the end of the year we will play more consistent games of footy thanks to some more experience.
1 reply hide reply
Matt from Melbourne (Saints supporter), 30 Mar 2008 12:14 hide comment
ur first four goals were direct results of bullcrap free kicks.
also judd was no good last nite. stevens couldnt kick a goal. stkilda just ran over the top of carlton once they woke up after 10 mins of just standing around doing nothing.
1 reply hide reply
Adrian from Melbourne (Blues supporter), 30 Mar 2008 13:30 hide comment
dude i didnt say anything about judd or stevo. no they didnt play well but i could say the same thing about some or your players. Reiwolt kick all his goals in the last quarter when the game was over and Dal Santo was beaten by his tag.

so what im talking about the first 20 min when we had more inside 50's and more clearances than you, despite the umpires. you gotta look beyond yourself and give some credit were its due. you beat us, well done, a top 4 team beat a bottom 4 team. you out played us for 3 quarters but still to say that we only played when the game was over is arrogance.

Matt from Melbourne (Saints supporter), 30 Mar 2008 13:45 hide comment
yeah but thats wat im sainyg... carlton are relying on those big guns week after week. stkilda had reiwoldt, kozi, dal santo and a few others stay quiet but other players steped up. no-one did that for carlton after the first quarter.

also carlton did outplay stkilda in the first quarter. stkilda could have still lead at quarter time to. even thoguh they were outplayted because of poor kicking at goal.

carlton played well in the first quarter... dissapeared for nearly the rest of the game n then played some more footy that may have had stkilda in trouble wen the game was over.

that is wat i was meaning. soory if u didnt interpret it that way.

also with judd n stevo u were saying that ur second tier midfielders wernt doing anything. judd got beaten by a liegh fisher tag n i got no idea who was on stevo but he didnt look himself.

Adrian from Melbourne (Blues supporter), 30 Mar 2008 14:29 hide comment
yeah i don't know who was on stevo he was horrible until the last when he got alot of wastful touches. im just happy that our 2 young guns Murphy and Gibbs were good.
Tom from Melbourne (Saints supporter), 30 Mar 2008 9:05 hide comment
Haha, the Saints have won the past ten against Carlton. I can see it now. Judd, Murphy, Waite etc being dropped near the end of the season to allow more tanking and another priority pick.
Enjoy your 20 year rebuilding stage Blue Boys!

I cant wait to see the looks on carlton supporters faces when Judd does his shoulder or groin again it will be priceless.Your a goose mate apart from judd and kruzer your still the same pack of duds that you have been for many years and when Judd drops so will carlton.Stupid staff bent over backwards to get judd to the club even gave him the captiancy without him even playing a game, while players like Nick stevens who bleed blue get the shaft so typical of a club like carlton.I think the giant will keep sleeping for many years to come but keep dreaming thats carlton supporters do best other then eating souvlaki's with Kouta and Ang Christou.

Mate, you say all we have is Judd and Kreuzer. I would prefer Stevens over any single player on the bombers list.
As for you wishing Judd hurts himself, you are a piece of **** for hoping so as the competition is at its best when every player is up and running. I would never hope for Lloyd to hurt himself as he is a star and worth watching. You are a sad envious **** and its a pity there is so many footy fans like you.

Headless is a seagull and the biggest sook in the AFL. Are you seriously saying Headless is as good as Judd? and for what it's worth, I hope the saints have a good year, I love Reiwoldt and Santo.
1 reply hide reply
Alisha (Saints supporter), 24 Mar 2008 14:26 hide comment
Agree Judd is the best player in the AFL going around. Headland is less than half the player that Judd is but at that time Headland was the #1 draft pick in '98 and had been in a premiership side so it was a big move. I know what loyalty means but I wouldn't call him a tosser. Never have I called Plugger a tosser for leaving the Saints.

Peter, Carlton has brought all the negativity on itself. Poor choices of administration, poor behaviour of players, poor performance of players. In fact it was much more fun when you were true rivals. When will the giant wake up do you think?

Greg from Perth (Blues supporter), 7 Mar 2008 20:56 hide comment
The fear is based that Carlton is at the start of a another new dynasty of dominance. The problem for other clubs being they know that the next ten years belong to Carlton..it may not be 10 flags, but Carlton will be the team to beat. The best they can hope for is to wish injury upon our players. We have endured the pain..it is time to inflict some!

With all the champions
They like to send us
We'll keep our end up
And they will KNOW that they've been playing
Against the famous old dark Blues!

GO YOU BLUEBAGGERS, GO!

Hahaha, this is from a Carlton supporter who is stuck in the past and just can not accept the fact that they are a bottom four club now! Oh, unless you count pre- season competitions, but they even failed in that this year. 2008 will be another year when Carlton takes PRIDE in finishing LAST so they can get yet another draft priority pick. Now what a joke that is, rewarding losers! The only fear other clubs have is that they will finish BOTTOM yet AGAIN and rape the talent from successful clubs. Oh, I am sorry to say, but that pain you speak of will be around for a lot more years that you care to imagine....your best way to avoid another year of tears is to move over to the Mighty Dockers….

you might bemeber that freo had its fair share of sitting on the bottom of the ladder but insted of keeping your draft picks you traded them for crap. Peter Bell, you traded him cos he was to short only to see that he was good and got him back. you traded the no.1 pick for Trent Croad only to relise hes crap so you gave him back. you have nothing to play for it terms of history. last year people thought it was your year and to screwed up big time. your one of the oldest teams in the league and yet your not a really priemership chance. wait until all of your stars retire and you back were you started, on the bottom trading away draft picks.

Now, have you ever wondered where Carlton's nick name 'Bluebaggers' originates from? Well, it appears that when times where tough (very much like they are today) the players would help out at the local supermarket bagging the groceries, hence the name Bluebaggers evolved.....It's a true story. So Carlton supporters, in the future when Bluebaggers is just too much of a mouth full, scream out Bag Boy’s…they will know where your heart is.

Bagger is an unofficial title given to courtesy clerks at supermarkets. The primary duties of a bagger revolve around putting groceries into a bag and then into a shopping cart. Upon requests, baggers may take the groceries out to a customer's car or supply other forms of service. Some baggers in stores will do this unless the customer refuses and wishes to bring their own groceries out. Depending on the store, other duties may include cleaning the store, cleaning the bathrooms, collecting carts, sweeping the store, fixing and maintaining the bottle recycling machines, giving customer assistance, putting items customers initially intended to purchase but changed their mind about at the register back on the shelf (usually called "go-backs" or "back stock"), and reorganizing products on aisles to make a more neat appearance (commonly called "blocking", "facing" or "conditioning"). The duties vary vastly depending on the store and union regulations, and some of previous duties in fact, are actually prohibited from being done at some stores by a courtesy clerk due to union contracts. The title of bagger is the result of an extensive evolution of the position of "courtesy clerk". The title "bag boy" was adopted for some time, until it was finally shortened to "bagger".
