Definately - what a let down. And, I was getting all excited that Lynch was actually having a positive impact on the game - sigh.

Haha I know! I squirm every time he gets near the ball, then worse when he TAKES OFF THE DAM GLOVE! but he did well in the first half... second half went down the drain though!

Yeah I felt like crying... I was at the pub ragging out some Sydney supporters - was really eating my hat in the last 90 seconds! I can't believe we lost like that! Well... At least our percentage s up right?

They should have won that game!
This week Bombers then 6 weeks of games at Subi - maybe our luck is about to change!

good to hear some positive comments... the young blokes in the side are pretty good right now... imagine how good they're gonna be in a year or two.... oh well, lets just get the losing out of our system now.... so we can win 22+ straight games next year or the year after.

Was at the game and the boys showed what they could do in the first half. Seems the younger guys are doing really well and always go in hard when its their turn to go.Also liked the look of Sam Butler in his first match in 2 years, he seemed to be very sharp and just needs a few more games to really get going.

certainly on that aspect we showed we can put it up against the better sides and we shouldnt be taken for an easy win if u watch the game carefully
west coast were playing briliant football up to half time u ask yea and why
simple sydney came to subi expecting an easy win and played a free flowing running game back fired eagles came to play
after half time sydney did there nictorious habbits the flood tactic the young eagles werent good enough to confront such a tatic and ended up losing that style of play so really it was a win win situation we will be prepared next time against sydney

Disappointing that we lost such a close one, but i think there were some positive signs from some of our players.

The Eagles gave it a right good go with all our injured players. We definitely played better and I think we deserved the win.

Is it just me, or did the ump choke on his whistle when it mattered most? We were given useless frees in the middle where it didn't even make sense, and the most obvious, plain to the naked eye decisions were plain ignored.

I've been a member since before Woosha coached, I remember the bad times, but it's so frustrating to see a half good side constantly get kicked in the balls by the umps. I'm seriously considering giving my membership in because it's upsetting me so much my health is suffering.

yeah *sigh* Have we caught the dockers sindrome? Bloody hope not.

OMG! What happened to our guys at halftime? It seemed to all go all downhill after.
