What a fantastic game! Our new young players should be proud of themselves, as should our more experienced players! FINALLY, we played with some heart, they absolutely smothered the Crows at nearly every opportunity - just what we needed. It was also good to see the boys going through the corridor when needed - playing it wide every time was obviously not working for us.
I think it was a good move for Lynch to be where he was, he had more effect - lets face it, his record on goal is shocking this season.
Can anyone else smell that??... Smells like the beginnings of a good midfield for the first time this year. Our young guys stood up and made themselves known - just beautiful to watch.
The question now is....... can we keep it up? Pies next weekend......anyone care to make a prediction?
