Yeah, it was a no-brainer for the tribunal really. But I have to say that as much as I don't like what happened, the ONLY good thing to come out of it was the immediate apology and obvious remorse of Hall. Too many footballers these days try to get off charges and pretend things aren't as bad as they look. Hall admitted he made a big mistake and said he was sorry several times before the tribunal even sat. We all do things we're not proud of at times, but its not often you see someone admit it publicly. I still don't like Hall but I do have respect for his post-punch actions.
