Season outlook for 2008?
Where do you think our season is goin to go now?
is it over even know where only into the 5th round or are we still a finals threat?

I have supported eagles from the start, and after the **** that happened last season and the injuries theyve sustained already this season, I cant see them in the finals, but am sick of hearing them being bagged by so called long time fans. Win or loose, they will always be my team

why would u want to finish in the 8 when we have no chance at winning the flag... isay stay at the bottom and et a good draft pick

Just read in the Carlton discussion board that apparently on SEN radio this morning there was talk that Kerr has put his contract signing with the Eagles on hold and is believed to be in discussion with a Melbourne club which they think is Carlton?? Any truth to this?? Sorry being in Adelaide we don't get this kind of news.... its all about Port finally notching up a win

We know the discsussions with us are on hold but we dont know if he is in discussion with carlton or any other club.

Yeah, thanx Baxter - found that out when I did a bit of a google search. I was unaware there were discussions or that they were on hold seeing as we don't get that kind of info here in Adelaide and I find the Eagles website to be slow and not that informative. Luckily I can chat with you guys and find this stuff out

Top 3 draft pick coming our way, and we wont have to trade away a superstar to get it.

If we win a few games in a row and get some percentage up them we could secure a spot in the eight toward the second half of the season. Mckinley is going to kick a **** load of goals this year as will Wirra, they are slowly getting their efforts as a team going and will bet they still make the finals.

Well after the final 15 miniutes of todays game against Port I can honestly say I was really impressed! 50 points or thereabouts in 15 minutes is an awesome effort, it's just a shame they didn't fire up like that 3 quarters and 15 minutes earlier!

Never mind though, they proved to themselves today that they've got it in them to be a powerhouse team and there still are 17 games left so who knows, anything can happen!

Our Percentage is only 2nd worse to Melbourne...

WC are in for a long season...

But hopefully they lay it down this w/e against Port, Eagles need a win big time...

Our forward line is pretty weak, Ash and Big Q are only as good as the delivery they get, and right now that is dirts...

I don't think we'll make the finals. What we are missing from Ben Cousins and Chris Judd is that they were midfielders who kicked plenty of goals. Now we are relying mainly on Lynch and Hanson to kick our goals. Who have always been inconsistant at best. Although i'm sure the off field problems have probaly also taken there toll as well.

I don't think we'll make the finals. You can't get into the top 8 by kicking 5 goals in a game.....
