I think Beau Waters should play up forward now that Embley and Stenglein are playing down back. His tough attitude can keep the ball inside the 50 once it gets in there and his bad foot skills wont cost us goals from defence.  more

Is Mark Seaby a really talented player who is just in the shadow of Dean Cox and would become a really good player if were to get more game time (if Cox was injured for example, like Cox himself when Gardiner became injured).  more

We are at the bottom of the cycle. this is how it was in 2001 and then look by 2003 we were serious finals contenders again. yes we had judd, cousins and kerr, playing at full steam back then.  more

last year, and probably the couple of years before, i cringed every time rohan got the ball. he was bound to amke a mistake, either handbaling straight to the opposition, kicking into the man on the mark, or missing goals from straight in front two meters out.  more

So no one is happy about our season so far, but hey, lets look at the bright side for a moment. We have discovered some young players who have the talent, sure they need some experience and maybe to bulk up a little, but once they get their groove, I think they will be a force to be reckoned with.  more

For years we have not had a forward line at all. I think one of the reasons we won and almost won the '05 and '06 flags is cause our wicked midfield (at the time) pumped the ball in so often and so quick that the opp back men didnt have a chance to stop us.  more

I don't mind the fact we are playing sooo shit this year as we are blooding new young players, but don't you think that if any senior player has a niggling injury ie Dean Cox just sideline him till it's better and bring in these new kids!  more
