Oooh - Tadgh's back, and Nick is looking ok, we have our drive off the 1/2 back line back, and I'll bet that will be worrying the other clubs

Now it looks like we've lost Tadgh, but Nick is back and looking good!

yeah, malcho was awesome last season! ab****e stunner. Tadgh's always pretty good though, and with the awesome new Jack, and Matner i hope we'll be fine (fingers crossed)

Mattner was more than servicable at the weekend. Should be an adequate replacement, but no Malceski.

Saw him do his knee... isn't it amazing some blokes bend their entire leg the wrong way at the knee (like Luke Ablett did) and they are fine - Malceski's just shifted weight and he's out for a year. Talk about shattered for him and the club. Yes, Mattner will fill the void, but I was thinking that maybe Roosy had different plans for Mattner (maybe more midfield/goal kicking winger or half forward - rather than half back)which will now have to be scrapped.

What can I say? I'm shattered.

I didn't catch the game on the weekend. How did the new guy Mattner go? Do you think he's good enough to cover for Malceski?

Poor Mal was due for a cracker season after last year. I think Mattner should be a decent replacement, and a coupld of young guys did well in the middle in Kieren Jack and Craig Bird but we might battle to make the eight
