I like the tough players who are hard at the ball and at the opposition - that's why my favourite player is steven baker

harvey, but i miss aussie jones, his run, ability to kick on each foot was awesome to watch

I love all of them for different reasons but no one can dismiss Harvey he is a true star and still plays brilliant footy and excites...you know when he passes the ball its going where it was intended, the run he has and the ability to always find his target is amazing!!! I will miss him next year

I love Harvey too. I named my cat after him. Harvey's still playing some top footy and the sainters owe it to him to get a flag before he goes.

Nick Riewoldt is my favourite because I feel a buzz when he gets the ball, and I know he's gonna do some magic that will show up on the scoreboard.

Pity he's injured atm. He's a star.

Yes, I have to go for Harves and his successor in the dedicated and hard working player, Lenny Hayes.
I think most of them are great. Very impressed with Armytage and Charlie Gardiner and hope we'll soon see more of the boys tried out in the nab cup.

Nick Dal Santo...just too good...
We got a lot of good mid in our team...but we still arent good as Geelong
If all our mid play like a team...im sure we can beat them easily...
2nd one 4 me...FRASER !!!!!! G-Train
He is champ...but he is too slow and lazy now...not as good as 4 years ago...but still love him....bloody awesome

GO SAINTS !!

bally has been my favourite player since he first started...there was just something about him and the way he played that I love. hes a great guy and a great player - last few years he has struggled but injury free he will get back to his best.

and of course harves. every saints supporter loves that man. he is the true image of the st.kilda footy club and i will be shattered when he retires (unless he has gone out with a flag. that will make me the happiest person alive)

My fav is Stephen Milne. He's so quick and I love the way he runs around under everyones armpits. I'll never forget the time he kicked 11 goals. We have the spunkiest players on our team too.

The problem with Luke Ball is that he is a confused fottballer. He has been told he's too soft and so this year has changed his game to be harder at the player. In trying to get more tackles, (rather than being harder at the ball) he has forgotten how to actually get his hands on the footy. His possession tally from 04/05 was averaging 25 a game now well under 20

I agree Jesska, my fave's are the tough players.

S Baker for sure, one of the less talented, but a B&F winner because of his toughness, determination, attitude and plays for the team not himself!

Lenny should be captain, and here's hoping L Ball can have an injury free season.

When is Stevie Baker back?
