Surely you are not suggesting that he will be finished at the end of this year...

Interesting comment Sandy, I take it that you cannot see into the future.

They finally play Richo somewhere other than the goalsquare all day and he is having the best season of his career just about. Sure the last couple of games have been a bit woeful but we were playing some pretty good footy before that. We need to pick up on our skill level but their determination is not to be questionned. We have quite a good young squad and i believe over the next few years we could become a very competetive unit. I don't know if Terry is the greatest coach but i am sick of seeing a different man for the job every couple of years. I would also love to see cogs get back on the park.. Richo for the brownlow this year.. GO YOU TIGERS.......

Sany has no clue the only bright spark this year in the smallfulvgroup of players on our list he is the only one that puts in every week i think richo is the pinup for all of you to find fault in and make us all look like bloddy galas becuse we just go for the pot shot insted of looking at the truth that we have a weak list in all areas and it is going to be a lot longer till it is fixed so get over the richo wagon and help with postive insted of negtive sandy and all others who share her view

I'd like to see Terry Wallace go. I honestly don't believe he has what it takes to get them fired up. I still think Richo has a year or two in him and would absolutely hate to lose him. It does get disappointing turning up week after week but hell we do and win or lose, they are the team we love

After watching Richmond self destruct so many times after half time I am starting to think that someone is putting Valium in the waterbottles in the rooms at half time instead of Gatorade

i also went to the game today and i just think that something is N.Q.R they played like we did in the 1st half in the second half.
And we AS A TEAM not just richo have a tuff time getting clean ball gets and deliveries and its sad but im kinda use to it!
(carn the tigers)
P.S.
richo rocks BUT sorry peoples maybe he should finish on a high it would also open up some more cash for the up and coming champions.?

what do u all think cheers

Richo isn't the problem, blaming one individual is naive at the very least. Clearly there are problems at Richmond. The solution was supposed to come about by hiring a coach and sticking with him, but there are no obvious signs that this was a great plan either. The club needs to take a good hard look at itself from every angle - what are other successful clubs doing that we aren't? Personally, I think the recruitment and development of players is one area that needs work - particularly the development aspect. Since the late 80's we seem to have had a long list of players with plenty of promise but they never manage to stand up when the going gets tough. In the immortal words of Ronnie Johns Chopper Reid character, it's time that we "hardened the **** up."

This was added back in jan, before the season even started, i think u need to realise that after Richo's performances to date, the argument of richo holding the tigers back should be withdrawn all together, and the fact that he's kicked like 800 career goals.
