I believe that if wallace's plan doesnt work, i believe he should be out the door! there has been no success, infact a decrease, in ladder positioning since he came into power, and i believe that if the skill issues and list management issues are not rectified, it will be another sore year for us tigers supporters. not giving up hope though!

We have a very good chance of finishing 15th - Melbourne are worse. 4 wins for the year should see a new coach and apparently the best draft prospect ever - a 6ft 10in Torres Strait Island kid with great skills and the biggest leap ever seen in AFL.

Every Age tipster has richmond as wooden spooners so they would not have to win too many games to improve. Wallace as coach would be happy as would Johnson with the team list, aslong as the captain keeps setting the example and terry's plans are on the ball it should work better. fingers crossed!

If its bottom four wallace gone for me. Players over using football with poor skills. Keep it simple and we will surprise. Remember most had North pegged for bottom four last year and Port and Geelong both made the GF when they didn't make finals year before. So no excuses from wallace.

I think 10th - 12th. There is always room for improvement, and we can't do any worse than the wooden spoon again. I'm sure we can win a few more games this year and be knocking on the eight very soon. The basic skills must improve and some confidence on what to do with the ball when we get it. Get the ball and kick forward for goals! Carn' Tigers!

Four quarters guys not one solid one or a good old come back too late its 4 solid qrt. with 22 players giving it all. maybe 09 we'll make the 8

Yep i agree with Brenton i think 12th would reasonable anything worse unacceptable and anything better would be a bonus.

At least Kevin has given it some thought.
no way will we make the 8.... hopes and dreams are fun for a while but it's what we say every year isn't it? we're in with a shot?
12-10 is a great improvement and as you said anything less Mr. Wallace will have to be worried
Justin (Tigers supporter), 4 Mar 2008 21:03hide comment
To be honest I can't really see us matching it with many teams, our skills are terrible. The guys do try hard but we just don't have the skill level. I've already bought my membership this year, and promise i'll keep supporting them, but I think it'll be a fight between us and Melbourne for the wooden spoon.. Sorry but just being realistic.
