Shultz is better than Polak, Polak has to go

We are starting to get depth, there is now pressure on for your spot which is what we want. If they are still under 26 and good enough to get a game like Schulz, Polak and Raines we need to keep them. If we get a decent trade I want them to look at it like the Schulz trade that should have happened. I think its the 1st time in a number of years we won't need to make many culls. Meyer, and Casserly will go as will Tivendale. Collins and Oakley-Nicholls might be delisted and then taken back in Rookie draft. Angus Grahm needs to pull his finger out as they may delist him and put Cartledge on list as he has been in graet form in VFL. Cam Howat and Clayton Collard won't be at club next year.

I reckon schulz is doing a good job down back, definetly need polak in the team because of his versatility and he is one that can take a contested mark. Id also have raines in the side but possibly good trade bait at the end of the year. Dont think there is a spot for pattison, tries hard but doesnt have enough impact on the game and as much as i like shane tuck he could be a contender to be dropped cos they shouldnt be dropping white, cotchin, edwards or reiwoldt.

Schulz should go... he's had his chances. Polak is still only 25 and needs more time to find his position in the team. And I struggle to understand why everyone jumps all over Raines still... he had a great 2006, didnt back it up quite so well in 2007, but has missed since round 2 after he dislocated his knee cap... and everyone has jumped all over him. Yet we have Coughlan (who I love just as much as any Tiger fan) on the list, who hasn't even played a senior game since 2006 and no one raises an eyebrow?? Schulz should go, as should Pettifer... but give Polak and Raines another year. Good win by the boys last night... GO TIGES!!
