There have been alot of talk about Nathan Brown from Collingwood and how he has played on key forwards and won. No one has spoken about our key backman Will Thursfield. i think he is having a great season so far and has easily beat all forwards he has played on.

played on Nathan Thompson - 5 marks, 2 goals, 7 possies.
Round 3,
played on Anthony Rocca - 6 marks, 3 goals, 7 possies.
Round 4,
played on Matthew Pavlich - 7 marks, 3 goals, 17 possies.

the fact that all pavlich's 3 goals came from free kicks last week i think thursfield is one of the best backmen this year.
