these players should be given the chance
Dean Polo, chris hyde, cleve hughes, Jack Riewoldt should be given atleast 5 to 10 games in a row so that they can settle into the side and have the opportunity to prove that they belong at the top level. Vfl form doesn't equal afl form. don't give them a game then drop them the next week.

Kevin, u are exactly right about jack reiwoldt! He dominates in the VFL and he just needs a couple of solid games at the top level to feel he belongs, he is the future of the richmond forward line!!

Cleve Hughes strikes me as someone caught in the middle....He goes well for Coburg but given the chance at Senior level he is a fish out of water...Actually he really sucks at AFL level.

Hyde is a fringe player ok at both levels and you get an honest performance...every team needs a few fringe players for depth.

Polo will go ok and showed it before his shoulder reco.He needs some fitness and a few more games but will a great player for us.

Now onto Jack.WTF are the tiges doing wasting this kids talent at Coburg...Yeah he's a had a few games and gone ok in some and not so good in others..BUT he has the flair and arrogance that 1 cracker of a game will set this kid alight.
They should be giving him all the game time he needs.

jack riewoldt is slaying them down at coburg and considering richmond are having trouble kicking any reasonable score i feel he needs to play, Polo is back after a shoulder reco and actually thought he showed a little bit in his first game for the year, chris hyde is a hard at it player and is a runner in which richmond is in short supply. Cleve hughes needs game time as he the same as riewoldt plays exceptional at vfl level.
richardson needs to play in the goal square. Allastair Lynch style with the others lead up options.
If the midfield wants to handball constantly, richo may as well just sit in the square and wait for it to be bombed up as i t wont hit him on his chest when he leads and he won't need to fun 10 to 15 km a game to get a kick.\
