Why is our membership near the bottom.
Richmond attracted second most supporters to games last season behind Collingwood, yet why have clubs like the Hawks got 7,000 more mebers currently than us.

If our club is going to be known as one the big four which I think it is. It needs more members to justify our staus. We have a much larger support base than all other Vic teams other than Blues, Pies and Bombers but our membership is well back in the pack. I know ladder position helps but look as Carlton's membership surge the year after if came bottom in 2006.

yes i agree it's to do with the fact that we did end up on the bottom.

me i wasn't even going to get my membership this year. but i did anyway to save money, i go to the game ever week. i only got my membership so i didn't have to pay every week to watch them.

you club wants member or the fact that we need them. then they got yo show the people why they should get one.

Another thing to consider when looking at teams like Hawthorn is they have some 3-4000 members from tasmania also

Our membership is at 24000 ticketed members,i personally thought thats pretty good considering the year we had last year.
A lot of people wont buy there memberships until the 1st and 2nd games.
