THE UMPIRES HELPED GEELONG WIN THAT GAME!!!!!!!

Those umpires were DISGRACEFUL.

Couldn't agree more, couple of game changing decisions made by the umps, especially the Leigh Brown one for push in the back. But at the end of the day Ablett was the difference. Urquart, Riggio and Lower will be guns. We need Jesse and Hansen up and running too.

Your spot on Steven i think the AFL live in denial when it comes to the effect of the umpires on a game...But i guess that's what they have to say....Lets just hope it doesn't effect our chance in another finals campaign...Hope we can do it....

I was also at the Game there was a couple of incidents that happened right in front of where i was sitting. the dicission that frustrated me the most was when the roos were in there forward line and Cameron Ling got the ball he clearly threw the ball and the umpire allowed the play to continue. another was with holding the ball Leigh brown had the ball and when he was tackled he dropped the ball and it cleary hit his foot as if fell toward the ground. After watching that game....no-one can say that the umpiring dosnt effect the turnout of the game...IM VERY DISSAPOINTED

I agree with both your comments..The umpiring on the night was far to one sided you could feel the roo fans getting really angry about it cause we had a massive chance to beat geelong and if you noticed as i did a weak decision was made against us when we had a break with some free players along the wing heading towards goal.....But Jamie is right our boys played an awesome game the future is looking bright...I am really excited about our game against Hawthorn in 2 weeks time...I am thinking we will win..

I was at the game, and the umpiring i must admit was so frustrating. they managed to call holding the ball as soon as we were tackled and half the time we disposed of the ball before they even called it. I officially hate umpires. y r they so inconsistent. on a lighter note, our young brigade did very well. and so do a couple of our older blokes e.g petrie, hale, harvey gibson etc. go roos
