I reckon the younger guys really stood up for us in that last quarter against West Coast. I was really impressed with the efforts of Lower, Harris and Riggio (best game for the club). The fact we have guys like sinclair, hansen, swallow, jesse smith and pratt missing, means we can only improve. Also, we managed to kick enough goals even though guys like Jones (lost his touch badly), Thommo, Campbell and Thomas were struggling to get touches up forward.
And Wellsy would get a lot of confidence from weaving past 4 eagles defenders and kicking that superb goal.
