Games on the Gold Coast
To weigh into the debate i think the North Melbourne should leave playing on the Gold Coast asap as they are a Melbourne based club and we need to show our support that North Melbourne can survive here in Melbourne, how are 33,000+ members suppose to fit into a stadium that only holds 15,000 ppl max to watch a North Melbourne home game, cmon North Melbourne lets play 11 games in Melbourne a year, we want to see 40,000 plus at our next home game, to show why we should always be playing home games in Melbourne, get behind our beloved club

We should have relocated and taken the 400 billion dollars the AFL was offering us.... then we would have been watching the Roos every 2nd Sunday live on TV and the die hard fans could have still seen them down here a dozen times... "OOOOOOOhhhhh we would have lost our identity and they would have changed our jumper" cried the masses.... Have a look at how many changes our jumper has had over the past 10 years... Survival is critical... I want to barrack for the Roos for the next 30 Years and I want my Sons to follow them as well.... Will we exist in Melbourne in 20 Years.... Who knows..... Would we have had a future on the Gold Coast..... A certainty.
Go Roos!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As a Gold Coast based North Melbourne supporter, who has paid his membership and enjoys going to Carrara and watching North play...yes the crowds might not be the best, but the atmosphere is fantastic, which brings families and lots of children of all ages to these games. The kids are not restricted to just seating and are allowed to run around and kick footys at will. I dont see this being a bad thing playing out the rest of the games on the coast. As we are still behind our beloved club as you say..Michael.
p.s maybe you southerners should venture up here and get some sun !!
