I cannot work out the rush to get Crawf back in whilst his knee needs rest, there is a sense of urgency due to his age (33) I reckon he has another 3 years left in him if he is allowed the time to heal. With a side with 90% of the players between the ages of 18-24 why the big deal with putting a time frame on Crawf. He would be the only player by a long way that would fit under the veteran status exempt from salary cap provision. When fit he would out run most of the group as well, needless to say he is still young at heart. Lets just get on with things and play good football, if Crawf can get back before the finals even better.

Also I will be sitting with my wife and father inlaw Saturday night at the dome in the StKilda members area, you may see me I will be the only legend with a Hawthorn jumper on amongst StKilda losers. Hope I dont get bashed.
