This weeks game against the Crows represents the Hawks to play Gilham in the true full back position. So far this year he has played on the 3rd tall whilst either Croad or Brown have picked up the top 2 forwards ie. Lloyd and Lucas is just one example. He needs to learn how to play on the best if he is to improve. Tippett should be the match up this week, he has been playing well, has size, and realisticly should not pose too great a threat. This would allow Croad and Brown to have greater impacts on the game up the field.
