The lid is back on for me! We have talent & depth, but if history is in the making, then we will struggle to make top 4.

Can't see why not, eagles, crows are on the decline port didnt even deserve to be there last year and out of the vic clubs the Hawks seem to be the team that gives us the most grief, this dates way back to 89' where they came back from the clouds in a home and away match to beat us then shatter us yet again in that famous granny! Hopefully the Tomahawk can fill the void left by Nath and Mooney has a similar season to 07'! Go the mighty Cats

We definitely have a great opportunity to but....before the year begins we have to realise that there is already no Nathan Ablett, Steve Johnson is likely to be missing for several weeks due to his latest antics & Matthew Egan isn't fully fit yet. Not to mention that it would have been handy to have Steven King around if he could play like he did in the Grand Final.

Well firstly you would have to say we are 100% favorites for the flag again.

And to David! You can't be that much of a fan! Have you seen our 2's? West is a great ruckman and he is ready to take the next step for sure.

08 year of the CAT

Yeah, fair enough. I like to play it down as much as I can, as soon as I get confident about that Cats, I normally jinx them. Definitely a massive fan. I was so excited Grand Final Day I got too drunk and got arrested.

At least this year, if we win a few games on the trot we'll be able to enjoy the ride and not worry about the fall.
Any team that wins a Grand Final by a record margin and is mostly in tact the next season has every chance.
I think the boys have finally earned our confidence. The flag wasn't a fluke, we are the greatest team of all!

Just watch us!

I love the cats but I can't see it happening. We had an awsome year but I can't see us being that lucky with injuries this year. Also, If blake or Ottens get injured, I think we will struggle to find a replacement. I think we'll still be a force though.

Collingwood won four in a row in the '20s, not the '50s.

Of course we can! The monkey is off our backs now! Sides know what we are capable of! Even Choco couldn't put us off! Cats will remain undefeated in '08
