I suppose all fans are asking themselves what happened?? Second biggest comeback in VFL/AFL history from halftime deficit....is this team cursed to have any sort of success? When I thought the spanking the Tigers gave us at home was the lowest feeing I would have this season, nope today’s performance takes the cake. So, what do we do from here, what changes are to be made, who takes the blame? The Dockers have tried new coaches and already used 35 different players this season. I remember an article some years ago blaming the Dockers woes on the anchor and what it symbolises. Think about other teams symbols; birds that soar, bombs that destroy, Demons, Lions & Tigers...now what does an anchor do? Sinks....to the bottom....and that’s it. Hmmm, I’ve never been one for superstition but I’m running out of reasons as to why the Dockers are so useless. I know the brains trust here in the Freo can’t figure out a winning formula, can anyone out there?
