The AFL provide the Kangaroos with an official written proposal to relocate to the Gold Coast that includes a package worth $100 million.

Included in the package are access to uncontracted players in 2009 and 2010 and concessions to list and rookie players from the Gold Coast zone during its start-up years. The Kangaroos will also be offered a salary cap allowance of 10% to help retain players.

Kangaroos legend and former president implores the club to accept the deal. "We can transform the North Melbourne Football Club into a financial powerhouse over the next 10 years," Aylett said.

"I understand the emotions involved but I understand the dollars. Now is the time for us to open our minds, unite and accept the challenge."
