Daniel Dzufer is fined $1,150 and loses his driver's license for nine months after pleading guilty to drink driving.

The court was told that Dzufer attempted to evade police before being arrested with a blood alcohol more than twice the legal limit.

As a result of the arrest, the Brisbane Lions fine their rookie $2,000 while suspending him from two pre-season games.
