Recently retired Darryl Wakelin joins the Port Adelaide board, becoming the first former Power player to do so.

"The addition of Darryl Wakelin, who has just finished playing after a very successful 15-year career and is a businessman in his own right and Anthony Toop, who is an extremely successful and talented businessman and marketer, certainly adds to our mix," Power president Greg Boulton said.
