What about the goal he kicked agains't Fremantle by grabbing it from the ruck and kicking the goal that won the match while still in the air( Goal of the year)!!! Wellsy #1 now thats magic

Wellsy is a gun when on song, i reckon he's not far off a really big game. He's been getting 20 odd diposals a game and his chasing down of opposition players has been good. He just needs confidence and self-belief. Theres no doubt he is the best at hitting targets in the kangas.

When he is on his game he is brilliant, but when he is off his game he really is off. Tends to play in 2nd gear for most of the game, but is subject to short periods of inspiration. Wish it was just a little more regular!

There have been so many glimpses of greatness, but not consistently, and not enough. However, an amazing selfless team player that makes you wonder whether the spotlight is even what he's after. Love Wellsy...please don't be tempted to ever leave North!

Wellsy can turn it around against the Tigers, he may have had a bad game but he certainly wasn't the only one of our boys to do so... He does need to take that extra step, we all know how brilliant he is but he needs to to do it on a regular basis this season, and I'm confident he can do that. Carn Wellsy, and carn the Shinboners!
