i totally love fletch... the first time i ever saw the bombers play he kicked the ball into my head... and that is when i totally fell in love with him... he is just a fantastic all round player i love him

Fletch is so under-rated - but he is the best backman I have seen play AFL Football. He has prevented so many goals through freakish spoils and defenstive pressure. He is also attacking on the rebound! Legend!

now a club legend ,awsome backman,gets the no.1 or 2 forward every week .really is one of the last of the old school backmen ,and has had to adapt to the new netball rules that protect forwards even more now ,essendon need to hang on to this bloke ,its obvious his 5 mates that play down back with him so him the respect he has earned and deserves and are becoming a tight group in doing that .after retirement this bloke will be a huge asset to the club as a specialist coach hes got the knowlege experience respect and will always have that uncanny gift of good decision making when under the pump

I think Dustin Fletcher is a reliable and dedicated player. Wish he would pull his socks up but overall he is a legend bombers player and valued member of the team. Love ya Dustin - Go you Mighty Bombers.
