For starters Franklin is a year older than Ryder. Ryder can play forward, back, and on the ball. Ryder can kick and take high marks. And lastly, he isn't full of himself and wrapped up in his own press... No doubt Franklin is a great player...but he is also a dickhead. Lets see how Franklin fares when he doesn't have a limitless supply of the ball coming in like he does at the moment.

He actually plays in the ruck and the backline as opposed to franklin who can only play one position, this is the first yr that the hawks hv done anything since the 80's at least essendon are consistent watch the hawks choke in the finals when the real pressure is on!
